The below dog is one we would really like to find a suitable home for - and we welcome enquiries from anyone who feels able to offer the very special needs these sort of dogs require.

Lance is a 19 month old Cross Collie. Lance originally came from another rescue. He was rehomed but returned due to the owners not having time for him. Lance is a very lovely mischievous lively boy who desperately needs to find a loving home.

Lance enjoys

Being with other dogs.

Attention and loads of fuss.

Food and plenty of things to chew on.

Exercise and running off lead, some more work on recall will be required.

Playing with toys.

Travelling.

Lance dislikes

Chases cats and live stock.

Very worried around traffic and bicycles.

Very busy environments. He does become very stressed and reactive in unfamiliar places.

Sudden and loud noises.

Lance would like to live in calm home, with people who are able to follow advice and work with him to build his confidence.

Lance is very strong so will need owners who can physically cope with him.

Lance would live with another dog and older children.
